Separates the rubber from spark plug. In usage, this tool goes down in the confined space of the spark plug hole and with hand pressure separates the stuck on piece of rubber boot from the porcelain part of the plug. This spark plug boot tool then slides out with the damaged boot leaving the spark plug exposed and easily removed. Made from quality heat treated steel. High Tech black finish.
